Crosby and Smith Roofing Ltd was formed when G Crosby Roofing and D Smith Roofing merged in 2022 after several years working together on numerous projects.

We are a local business operating from Blyth, Northumberland. Covering the North East of England, including Tyne and Wear, Newcastle upon Tyne, and Northumberland, we have over 20 years of experience dealing with all aspects of roofing. From small repairs to full roof replacements.

As a company small enough to care but large enough to deliver, we carry out all roofing projects to the highest quality, ensuring that no issues remain. More importantly, our costs are laid out in advance with work delivered within budget and on time.

Your roof is an integral part of your home, protecting the overall structure from both good and bad weather conditions. Over time the guttering can become blocked with leaves and dirt while ageing brickwork can lead to water ingress and further damage. Tiles can become loose during storms while heat loss can cause condensation in the loft resulting in poor ventilation and rot. From solving insect and bird infestations to full roof replacements - we've done it all.

We aim to provide clients with honest, reliable and affordable roofing services to meet their needs. We offer free advice and transparent, competitive quotes where work is needed. Trust is a major factor when employing contractors, and as a company that has grown through recommendations and referrals, we are proud of our work and our partnerships. That is why if additional trade professionals are required, we take care of that for you too.

Available for work alongside structural engineers and qualified builders we work on both commercial and domestic properties for the general public and local authorities. From traditional to modern, high-quality roof work, we are here to help.
